The reason I wanted to mention this, is that sometimes as a buyer you need to see what is out there to determine what you really want and that IS OKAY. These buyers did not go out and see everything that came up but they watched, they got familiar with the inventory and we even adjusted their search criteria as they narrowed down what they wanted.
